•Most importantly, I will learn to love myself no matter what I look like. This is my #1 goal!
•I will learn to control my portions and not eat so much.
•I will make a habit of working out at least 5x a week.
•I will do my best to only eat treats/junk food in moderation. I don't want to deprive myself because that will only set me up for failure.
•I will learn to {love} vegetables.
•I will drink at least 64oz of water a day.
•Only drink water and green tea!
•NO FAST FOOD!
